This is an estimate, not a quote. The real figure comes once we've defined the work together, and it usually lands inside this range.
Your picks come with you, so you won't have to explain them again.
Step 1 of 5: What kind of work is this?
The project type sets the baseline.
So how does payment work?
No surprises, no hidden lines. Five steps from start to finish, and you know what happens at each one before it happens.
- 01
The conversation
We define the work together. Scope, timeline and price are settled in this talk.
- 02
The contract
Everything we discussed goes in writing. We both know exactly what we signed.
- 03
Deposit: 30%
This is what starts the work. It's the moment we reserve a place for you in the calendar.
- 04
Remaining 70%, one month later
The date is tied to the deposit, not to delivery: the balance is due on that date whether or not the work is finished by then.
- 05
Handover
The site goes live; your access details and a full handover document come to you.
Amounts exclude VAT. Ongoing monthly items (content management, accounts maintenance, e-commerce support) are billed separately on their own cycle.
